I'm leaning toward Pig doing it, the fact that it happened when Nikki was away and that the house number that got reported was the empty part of the half house says a lot.

- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Niki being away is suspicious and I feel like she knew he was going to do it so got the fuck out of town to avoid being roped into it.
I'd agree except I think he thought they'd go to the other half of the hovel and didn't expect to be dragged out into the street in cuffs. He was so upset because his plan didn't work the way he intended.

Under normal circumstances I'd agree but I think you're really overestimating Rick here. He sent himself voice mails with his regular speaking voice threatening himself and a video very obviously of himself walking around his property and then claiming it was cyberstalkers vandalizing his property in non-permanent marker using language nobody here would ever use. He is arguably the stupidest man on the planet.
If it was a stlaker, why hasn't it happened again? Same with the vandalism (even though we have the video of Pat with a penlight in his mouth, so we know he did that).
There is something fishy with the pepperoni call that he is trying to conceal, which is why he tampered with the case number in the emails that he provided to Josiah Munoz of HuffingtonPost.net.
He really wants to be swatting victim. He keeps inventing swatting incidents, saying that he's been swatted three times. The pepperoni incident was supposedly one, and the latest one. Which one is the other?
Anyway, this is just Pat playing the victim and trying to refocus attention on his case. Maybe get the police to obtain logs from TextNow or something, so that they can go after all the people who text him. He still talks about texting as a crime. If you actually get swatted, you would focus on that, not on fucking texting.

He confided in Josiah for months before googling him to see if he was a real journalist. I don't think it's possible to overestimate how stupid he is.
He also thought leaving a review of his book saying "sucks." was worthy of inclusion in a lawsuit. He is unfathomably stupid and takes ridiculous chances because he truly believes everything he does can never be wrong.

Ive been wondering if he ended up on some randos radar. Lots of swatting calls have been happening that nobody can seem to find the source of. Maybe there is someone going nuts on people they find on the internet and Pat ended up making the list. Swatting has been one of the few unwritten rules around here as being not funny or a tactic that is used. I really hope it didnt come from here. Nothing would grind pats gears more that catching the person that did it and they werent even from here.

I just can’t believe he’d be able to drum up that amount of rage if his own fake swatting story didn’t work out like he planned. He would have been prepared for the cops and had some really bad acting tough guy shit ready for them like he did for the judge in the Nadolski case, it wouldn’t have been a complete spergout like we got. He was mad that atalkers got cops sent to his house and him cuffed. He really thought he had some what he needed to do to prevent it but it didn’t work and the atalkers got the best of him again. Maybe im wrong but that was my take.
All signs point to Patrick doing it, that's where the evidence leads to so naturally people are going to think Patrick is who was behind it. That's because Patrick did it. That's the only possible scenario here.
