2022 had Tar with Cate Blanchett only make $29 million, Carey Mulligan's movie She Said about Harvey Weinstein only made $13.9 million. Women Talking, a movie about women talking, only pulled in $9 million.
Able to catch any of those in theaters? I guess you don't want films that are too smart. A Barbie doll who enters the real world is the perfect amount of "smart" for you.

The SJWitcheroo (take a brand that's ingrained itself in generations and generations of women and gay men, get memable stars that people objectively love, fluff up the colors and kitsch, give the illusion that all this will be harmless fun so bring the kids, then hit 'em with the politics, hard).
The woke are taking a victory lap, while projects and studios that backed their bullshit, continue to fall all around them. They can't replicate this kind of success again because you can't bottle lightning twice, and they can't learn from the success of this project because they simply cannot suppress their deeply condescending personalities enough while resisting the urge to tell you what to think and attempting to destroy you when you disagree.
The same kernels in Pat that make him objectively unlikable, are the same things this movement runs on.
