He was absolutely plastered.
He never violated any copywrite laws. His drunken slurring podcast is basically the same thing as Shaubs show. Reacting to other peoples content and talking shit. It was a dead on arrival. Shaub spent six figures and two years to lose this case. Mushmouth had a ghost lawyer walk him through how to proceed.
