The records also contain raw investigation data gathered from witnesses of varying degrees of reliability that has not yet been properly verified.

This could be Pat and his thumb drive, or some brotherman sending them forensic hunchback analysis comparing Bernell's killer to Pat.

I think an avenue we haven't explored is making the MPD comment on Pat's allegation of misconduct and incompetence.

It might be worth requesting that the MPD preserve the footage since it might be pertinent to an unrelated civil action, so it doesn't get deleted post-investigation.

This almost makes me wonder if Rick re-swatted himself just to prolong the investigation to avoid us getting the footage.

EDIT: probably worth being mindful of appearances / reasoning for requesting the footage. Even though it's legal, we don't want to annoy the police & give any validity to Rick's claims.
However, the fact he's publicly made unsubstantiated (& actionable) allegations of criminal acts against multiple people on twitter, those people might have an interest in case of potential civil action / exoneration.

I don't know who is filing these, but we might have to regroup and figure out another way to request this stuff. Maybe file one per case and force them to say "all Pat cases are open and under active investigation".

I haven't seen any FOIA requests for the vandalism case or the pepperoni case on that portal, and there are so many others that we actually know knowing about. He's up to 15 different case numbers on that MPD site since Norm/11, and that's not even including the Nadolski call which he made from Hooligans I think. Maybe @ThatRetardWhoDoxxdHimself himself can request that info since it's relevant to the rejected RO.
