“So what legally can we try, BrinTon?”I really wish we could have been there to hear what the first conversation with Brinton going over the evidence folder was like
That's exactly it and probably why Brinton had to start his own "law firm." I went to college with a bunch of guys who bothered to become real lawyers. I showed three different people the Pat case, since I was named in it as two different people and every single one of them laughed their asses off when they read it. No real lawyer would include half of the shit in there, never mind trying to sue a legitimately famous person for a Cameo video. Maybe Betsy can hire Brinton to help her sell old chairs.“So what legally can we try, BrinTon?”
“Legally, we can try anything, Mr Tomlinson.”
“So when will you need my credit card? Does now work? Nikki, I need your card!”
Going back and looking at it, the only thing they MIGHT have had a shot with was someone calling him a pedophile and even that was a very long shot that probably wouldn't have been ruled in his favor since Patrick has no proof of anyone causing him financial damage. I still found it incredibly odd that even Brinton included 15 Doe's being the funeral home page stuff since none of it was defaming Pat directly. Makes me happy taking on the case cost Brinton his law career. That's exactly it and probably why Brinton had to start his own "law firm." No real lawyer would even take that case. If they were worth anything, they’d know it’s not worth their time. It’s more than likely a loss, even if John Doe 1 whom your entire case depends upon, pussies out. Not to mention the serious ethical questions it can raise. So, the positive side is, Rick is stupid and it’s easy cash. The negatives are, it’ll more than likely be a loss on your record, you’re time is probably worth more, and unless you properly explained the situation to the best of your ability, a serious question of your ethics. Not mention getting laughed out of the room by your peers. Rick is such a fat pig the only lawyers who would take his case are the hungriest of wolves. That's exactly it and probably why Brinton had to start his own "law firm." I bet there were some people with ethics who told them he had no case and he "noooooo childed" them, "you keep talking but you don't know whaT you are Say-ing"Patrick is too retarded to have any competent people in his life.
That being said, bloated gay Stewie head had to have shopped multiple firms and finally settled with subpar ripoff from Brinton Cockmongler.
Sir, I cannot file a suit against 60 IP addresses for Felony Butthurt.I bet there were some people with ethics who told them he had no case and he "noooooo childed" them, "you keep talking but you don't know whaT you are Say-ing"
A good friend of mine is a tax and M&A lawyer with a global bank. I explained the basics of Fat's case in a vagueish way a while back. "I don't get it" was his feedback. That's exactly it and probably why Brinton had to start his own "law firm." I went to college with a bunch of guys who bothered to become real lawyers. I think there's another reason. That's exactly it and probably why Brinton had to start his own "law firm."
