- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

His show looks like shit, he’s annoying, and the only thing he ever talks about that makes me want to watch is Nana, and you people are way funnier than him and you don’t take 4 hours to make a point.

I've been watching some of the youtube clips lately, even checked out his website.
I don't watch any of these other shows or standup. It might be the first comedy show since O&J (which had lotta fawwwken problems) I've been able to tolerate. He seems to be doing a lot of stuff right.
Including but not limited to:
- He's funny
- He doesn't whine about stuff all the time
- Interaction with producer/co-host is good
- No ad reads
- No fan interaction
As I understand he hosts the shows on his own website and lets other people to freely post clips on youtube to promote the show. This is almost like the O&A model and probably why his show doesn't revolve around whining about maybe possibly getting cancelled.

He made a mistake revealing all of that empty unused space in that giant studio of his. Every show he does feels so underwhelming and lonely.

That was originally the worst part of Kill Tony. Ironic because Redbar's shredding of Tony Hinchliffe and company are some of my favorite segments.

Yeah, he’s a huge faggot, but a goddamn funny faggot. He’s very funny on occasion if you sift through the marathon episodes, and another thing I like about Redbar is that he is uncompromising. He’s immune to the bigger comedians attempts to win him over or get on his good side. He’s definitely a creepy old jew though and recluse.

Making it through a whole episode is impossible, but his 20-30 minute clips watch pretty good. I watched one recently where someone called him a loser and he responded that making fun of people is the coolest thing anyone can do, which had me howling.
