I think it's less of a pipe bomb in the traditional sense and more of a bomb made of pipes by retarded meth heads. He took it like a fucking boss though. WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT??

PVC probably isn't going to allow much pressure to build up before it pops, either. The valve handle more than likely blew off and that was the extent of the explosion

I think it didn't explode under full pipe-splitting compression, but blew the end cap off blasting the cop in the face without fully igniting
