We all want piggy to get what's coming to him, and for Quasi to get his money on August 24th, but is that the most likely outcome? In order to determine his odds of winning we need to take an unbiased approach- and what better way to assess a useless fuck of a person than to use nationaltoday.com, a website that assigns useless "holidays" (say useless again, stupid) to every day of the year. Idk what this fucking bullshit is but if you want a real objective take, the chances of Pat going to jail on the 24th are slim at best. Putting him in jail doesn’t help Quasi get paid, so it’s definitely not going to be anywhere near the top of the judge’s list of potential actions. That’s usually reserved for people who outright disrespect the court/judge. It’s definitely a possibility but not until he continually refuses to pay.

That said, all those screenshots of his Twitter posts where he outright states that he won’t pay may tip the judge a little bit towards jail. It demonstrates a willful disregard for an order of the court.

If he doesn’t show up, they’d issue a bench warrant and he wouldn’t be arrested until the next time he encounters the police and his info is run. But given by how much he gets swatted by Josh Moon of KiwiFarms, that probably wouldn’t take long.

He’ll be found in contempt no matter what, but jail is unlikely until he continually fails to pay.
