I wouldn't hold your breath with onaforums being arrested for fat shaming, jackster. Patrick lives in a city where the rate for solved homicides is 51% and they stick acoustic sensors on poles so they can tell the direction of the gunshots.

I don't have Telegram anymore, but that has never been their handle, and yes they always posted a private/public key. I don't think Pat or Jack would be stupid enough to create an actual Telegram account named after an actual highly sought after criminal offering up their services. It has to be a Jackie photoshop, though I stand to be corrected. She is on Twitter telling people that the swatter is pissed off that she doxxed him a year ago.
