I can't tell if he's stupid because he believes it's Dan or if he's stupid because he believes treating it as Dan makes it evidence for his next court farce.

He probably thinks its a "GOTCHA" on Dan because it says his name and its the missing piece to his retraining order/case. The part he is missing is that it wasnt really Dan that sent it so Pat would be wasting more of the courts time and his money. Pat doesnt care about actual facts. He is more than happy using false evidence as long as he gets his way.

Rick actually sounds pissed. It's funny that he said Dan fucked up b/c Dan did nothing. Rick is the one who went and made a big womanly fuss about a protection order. Dan didn't even know one existed.

The best part is that this is the second time pat has tried to do something to dan involving a court and nothing happens. He tried to get him arrested for going to a public court and now he got shot down twice in the same day trying to get a restraining order on him. Does pat forget that Dan has pat on voicemail saying he wants to kill him. Pat is the one that needs the restraining order. So pat has been told in court multiple times that dan has done nothing wrong. Straight from the top of the judicial system. All of pats accusations about what is illegal and who is going to prison have been proven false. Pat must be fuming that even his local court system told him that he was in the wrong and thinks he is a clown for wasting everyones time.
