it is quite perplexing, child. for all her faults, she’s still as much of a “catch” as one can be for someone like pat, and that’s not even taking into account all the shenanigans of the past few years. taking all that into consideration makes it even harder to understand. in fact, the more i think about it, the more it’s put into a perspective that pat’s life may be indeed better than mine in that sense. i will die alone, out of a lesser of two evils matter of choice. he, for better or worse, not only got someone better than he deserves but she stands by him through thick or thin and defends every last oink. it’s tragic in the grand scheme. i will still call him fat until i can no longer
