So I’m getting drunk tonight and bored, so I may be retarded, but in his initial lawsuit, did he complain that all of this libel against him could also possibly hurt his prospects as an insurance agent?

I don’t recall it. I would think someone like calling you negative names as an author would not help his super stardom as an insurance selling machine, so why not mention that there in the suit, too?

When talking of ‘residuals’, Pat openly had bragged about getting them multiple times for his book sales. Why not his insurance sales too? Surely that mountain he conquered is also worth xeeting over. Probably worth more too.

I think he is full of shit. That’s all.

My father was in life insurance for years. They do get commissions and for certain types of policies, they can be ongoing, but it was never tens of thousands for years. That would mean he’s still doing it.
That’s what I figured (white people are so scared, of black people) I said figured…figured.

From the people I know that sell insurance it’s kind of like getting a dividend on stock, not enough to lay around and tweet all day.

(Dan, that’s a reference to the Ron and Fez show. 866 Ron-Zero-Fez, 866 Ron. Zero. Fez)

Yeah in the other thread I said I know zero insurance agents that are “retired” by 40, unless they ran an agency, and made a huge windfall when they sold. I know zero insurance agents making 6 figures off of residuals for a job they quit 10 years ago, supposedly. And I know a guy making huge residuals because all he insures is Supercars, Yachts and Mansions. His clients have to renew for him to get residuals. That’s about the industry standard. So unless Pat has at least 1,000 clients renewing policies that are for at least $3,000 every year, he’s not making 6 figures. I’m pretty sure one man managing 1,000 policies is an insurance record.

Which is why despite his LARPing and ability to be on twitter all day, I’m pretty sure he’s still selling insurance. Because there’s no policy that pays out huge residuals year over year without being renewed. You need a steady level of insured clients to continue to receive residuals. Easiest way to do that, is to get more clients and keep selling policies.

Also his insurance license being suspended wouldn’t affect any immediate residuals he was waiting on. But it would affect his ability to sell a new policy…

Do I not understand this business model? He claims he essentially gets royalties for all the deals he sealed a decade ago?
Yes, although it's more than a decade, or less than a decade, depending on who he's arguing with.

There's a thread on here of someone who tried to figure out when Pat quit selling insurance based on Pat's statements, and he came up with about fifteen answers before Pat's stacked bullshit finally snapped his mind.

Poor boy; he's a victim of the modern age, you know.

Hes loying

He has to be still selling
He applied for a new Montana licence during the pandemic, which he only needs if he's selling insurance there, too.

Don't take this the wrong way, Harry - but Patrick's a liar.

EDIT: Before I forget, I figure Pat makes somewhere in the region of $30-35k per year; which means he owes close to two years salary to our illustrious proprietor.

Tens of thousands a year from insurance sales made over a decade ago. Six figures from book deals and monthly royalties ontop. A stand-up career so successful a handful of local spots could pay his mortgage. His Twitter account alone passively earns $5k every couple of week.

I'm not even including the income he's received form convention, teaching martial arts, firearms instruction, TV appearances, car sales commissions, Torque Wheeler enforcements or the second better house he owns.

'Piggy Bank' Tomlinson is rolling in it.

Funny he claims his insurance money is in the “tens of thousands” a year when he also claimed his book sales are in the “tens of thousands”

Of course we’ve seen his book sales and it’s not even close to that. I’m guessing his insurance income is also not even close to that.

He doesn’t drive a 15 year old car with almost 200k miles just because he loves that certain Mustang so much.
