I think he is. He really doesn't understand that his accusations aren't proof. And he can't comprehend or accept any situation where there is an authority bigger than him. Look how he talks to the cops. Get the fuck out of here! Leave and never return! He absolutely thinks he can tell the police to arrest Dan, and the judge to throw him in prison. This whole process has probably been as hard on him as the divorce was. This hearing will be a shitshow.
