i struggle with wanting to spend the whole day drunk and high just because i can. i'm an addict. do you ever try not doing it or do you just not care.

I rotate substances as to not abuse one.
Usually kratom/weed or phenibut/weed in the am, then alcohol or temazepam/tramadol/hydros in the pm.
But sometimes i wake up and feel like getting drunk and have to stay coherent enough till works over.

The key is when you find yourself getting hooked on one, you switch substances.
Been doing this since i was fucking 18.
But really I just don’t care.
