Imagine if Pat was single, and he was taking some chick back to his place. Basically the scenario he dreams about when he's pretending to be an author at Hooligans.

Was about to post the same thing. He literally lives in a nigger slum. His claims of success have, of course, always been laughable, but pictures like this really drive home what an abject failure he is. For a white guy of his age to be living in a place like that is inexcusable.

I'm always amazed when people post screenshots of the latest swatting police report. There's always fucking tons of police callouts just to his street alone - shootings, domestic violence, assault etc.

Same here. I'll often chuckle out loud when I see where he lives, irregardless of where I am or who I'm with at the time. It wouldn't be at all funny if he didn't pretend to be this successful, worldly author, but he does so it's hilarious.

If gentrification happens you can either enjoy your safer and nicer neighborhood and deal with the increase in property taxes/cost of living increase or you can sell at now increased value and move into another nigger neighborhood and profit. What's the issue?
