Wordplay well played, since parakeets shit anywhere and everywhere, including the street, just like pajeets. However, parakeets come in many beautiful colors unlike the poos that just come in various shades of shit. Maybe the reason they're street shitters is because the racial differences extend to lack of an anal sphincter. If all they have is a cloaca, we need to be more racially sensitive.
