Bobby liked Opie personally and would arrange fishing trips with him. So did a lot of the comedians. Vos would go golfing with Opie frequently. You could tell that most of the comedians respected Opie for managing the chaos of the show. And they liked hanging around with him outside of the show. Opie was normal outside of the show.

But once Opie basically quit radio they were done with him. They would rather hang on to Jim and Anthony. Both creepy faggots and pedos. Because there is the slight chance that those two can help with their careers. And most comedians are literally desperate to do anything but standup comedy. They all want to be movie stars, rock stars, radio show hosts, sports announcers. Literally anything but having to do standup.

Everything you wrote just made the case for comedians hanging out with Tits because he gave them a platform and when that ended, so did the relationship. Doesn’t speak well of anyone actually liking the guy genuinely outside of what he could do for them professionally. Cumia isn’t selling tickets for any comic in 2022 but Vos was on last week.

It was on Netflix for a while and there’s certainly a market for that kind of a movie but honestly it wasn’t very good. Best part was Artie saying most car mechanics are funnier than female comedians.
