Didn't he write about it on some blog he had before he poked the Pest Hive? He whined about his ex leaving him an admitted he signed away his parental rights, didn't he?

Then her new husband told the Pests they tried to work out a visitation situation for him outside of the courts, but in true fatso fashion, he couldn't control it or have it on his terms, so he refused a visitation agreement altogether. They should not have ever offered him an opportunity to have some visitation privileges after he threatened to murder all three of them, so it's a good thing for the kid that fatso refused an agreement.

There's no way the kid was "stolen" from an innocent fatso by evil courts. We all know too much about this toxic and violent piece of shit to believe he's a victim in this situation.

Legitimately only a court can terminate parental rights, and they must act in the best interest of the child. That's why Patrick's parental rights were terminated by the State.

There's zero evidence that he ever "fought" the decision as he claims he did. He could've used alcohol abuse or mental illness to nullify the process.

You can voluntarily give up your parental rights if the other side agrees to it. The courts will sign off on it to make it officially binding. In fatso's situation that worked out for him because he would not be on the hook for any child support, not that he had any money to pay child support anyway. He probably would've ended up in jail more than once for refusing to get a job and pay child support.

"not routinely granted" means it's not common, but it is granted on occasion. I imagine in fatso's situation the court went ahead and granted it since fatso had been arrested and booked for threatening to murder the mother, the child, and her new boyfriend/husband. In this case it's in the best interest of the child to help keep her away from a mentally unhinged and violent biological father.

A couple in my life adopted multiple young kids from a junkie couple. The adoptive parents had a horrible rollercoaster experience where they weren’t sure the adoption was going to take and what the contact limits were going to be/if the parents were going to change their mind. Finally, when both parents were out of rehab/jail at the same time (they were truly wretched people, very sad), they had a big conference with lawyers, social workers, the biological grandparents, and the junkies. The junkies agreed to give up all rights and the paperwork was drafted; court agreed.

In broad outline, it doesn’t sound that dissimilar to Pat’s situation. This did not happen in Wisconsin, for the record, and as discussed state laws vary.

exactly, fatty revisionist version is that he was too sad :(! due to being cuckolded and was "manipulated" into signing a piece of paper. In reality the decision was taken because it was in the best interest of the baby AND he gave informed consent to the process which was thoroughly explained.

If he had a mental illness crisis, which I grant is very likely, it was deemed not an impediment to him giving consent. And in fact his precarious state of mind is only confirmation that it was in the best interest of the baby to get rid of Piggy.

I always assumed he got out of paying child support because he signed his rights away, but when the divorce paperwork was posted here it showed that Adrienne was cool with no child support from the beginning and he still could have had visitation even though he wasn't paying. He 1000% abandoned his kid because his narcissistic ego couldn't handle the divorce. He's a real piece of shit. His daughter never meant shit to him and she dodged a huge bullet by not having him in her life.
