I was having dinner with the fambly and talked about how I had the worst night terror the previous night, where there was a demon crushing my ribs, and I woke up struggling to breathe.
It's like that "night hag" thing people experience:

I get this a lot, and have nightmares every single night.
Nobody else in my family said they even have nightmares (and didn't even believe the demon thing). So I'm the only one in my family who has constant nightmares and night terrors, so it isn't genetic.
I was suggested maybe I have anxiety or depression, which I definitely don't have, and I said they were fags for suggesting that.
How do you stop nightmares? When I google I get the same stupid "anxiety" shit.
