- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Leaving the fag couple alone in the world with each other and no idea if the apocalypse was really coming. The premise is that some fag couple takes their chink pet to a cabin in the woods and four strangers show up claiming that they must make a human sacrifice to prevent the end of the world. And that the fag couple must kill one of their own or else God will be angry.
This movie will get mass marketed. As usual with hack M Night. The studio will pay for positive reviews. It will be hailed as the greatest horror film since the last studio pushed piece of dogshit.

There is a great obscure movie called "Miracle Mile" that is a million times better of a premise. A guy meets a waitress at a museum and asks her out on a date. She says that she works at a diner at night shift and won't be done until 4am but they can get breakfast as a date. Guy forgets to set his alarm and shows up at her diner at like 5am or whatever and the other waitresses insult him for standing the girl up for their date because he is late and she went home.
He goes to make a call to her on the payphone but it rings before he can make his call so he answers it. Guy on the other end is freaking out trying to contact his father and says that the Russian Navy just sent missiles into California that they will arrive within the hour and that WW3 is starting. And that his father needs to flee away from the coasts where the war will be. And that California is about to be wiped off of the map as a first strike event.
And the rest of the movie is the main character trying to escape California and warning everyone that WW3 is starting yet his only proof is the phone call that could easily be a hoax that he fell for. It gets so out of control that the media becomes convinced WW3 is starting and cause a national riot.

Last M Night movie I saw was Split, which I liked. I've heard the follow-up to that was crap and this looks awful too.
I do think he deserves some credit for at least trying to produce something unique even if most of them fall flat on their faces
