I like the idea, but the execution looks like present day Cartoon Network bullshit. Why can't they figure out how to make cartoons look good anymore? It ALL looks exactly the same type of "cutesy" lazy bullshit. Is it because they're afraid of offending the actor by making them look ugly?

the answer is that it’s cheap to pump out dogshit animation made with a computer and by now, cartoons have looked like garbage for 20 years so nobody even notices

That was the first thing I thought. it looks like something made for Cartoon Network to play on repeat for the month of December. Apparently this was another Warner Bros project that has been sitting on the shelf for a year and they just decided to release it all the sudden after all the backlash of them shelving finished films for tax write offs.
