When I see someone flipping off a television, I definitely think, "There's someone who votes with their mind." I'll bet Joe is one of those idiots who loudly announces their vote, once he's submitted it, to the people still waiting in line. Dressed in his 3rd finest sleeveless tank top, both arms up in the air so everybody can get a whiff of his patriotic pitts, expecting cheers and applauds but only getting awkward silence.
