She doesn't understand the significance of how the 'grain' of the stroke or shading needs to almost sculpt the illusion of third dimension, and also that the level of detail implemented in a specific area implies a greater focus and necessitates blurring of the out-of-focus areas. If there's no point of focus the picture looks too neat and perfect to be real. She's not somebody who's thought about any of this because she's lazy. I would say she's incapable but that's granting her a cop out that she doesn't deserve. If she stopped wasting her time on twitter and actually practiced she might be able to develop some talent. And once again I've wasted more time on this than this fat beast warrants.
