Sigh, this again? She can't even do Holocaust revision correctly. There were no millions killed in the camp system. Not by any method. No bodies to suggest so. No evidence of any kind to support it. About 300k people died, mostly near the end of the war, as it became impossible to supply the camps with food and de-lousing agent. The reason was the near constant (daily/nightly) destruction of roads, rails, and factories by Allied aircraft. The German civilians at the time were quite busy dealing with their own dead amongst the rubble.
