When has pat ever tried to help boost another writer? Ooga maybe, but even then that reeked of self-service since despite being a barely known entity in a genre maybe 1000 people in the world care about, ooga still had clout for pat to leech off of. It doesn’t even have to be a Netflix adaptation. There was video of Pat looking at another writer’s book at one of these pedo cons, and you could tell he was seething because it was a nice edition.
