They set up an environment where giving superchats to guys their side is an attack on stuttering John. "John don't get superchats like that what a loser!" Their ecosystem revolves around bottom feeding off of John and live streaming his videos while commentating on them. They seem to argue with each other over how to dislike John correctly. These rifts create factions which allow for more superchatting to help your side win.

At least thats what I gathered from the couple minutes I watched of them and believe them to be like 100% of the time.
