If Joe was serious about making money with music, he could put a band together just to play the motorcycle rally circuit. There’s bands that show up at these rallies, and the gigs seem to pay pretty well. But instead, he chooses to be a lazy nigger mooching fuck content to live off his brothers dwindling supply of money. And I don’t even hate the guy, I just never understood people with such a lack of ambition to do something for themselves. He’s an alleged biker, with his shitty rice cruiser, he should know about this stuff.

- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Ask yourself: why is a local musician with forty-plus years of experience playing "solo Joe" gigs? Why do his gay tribute bands always fall apart? Why won't his own brother give him a spot on his retarded podcast "network"?
The answer is obvious. No one can stand being around Joe. No fellow local wastrel musicians want anything to do with him, he's impossible to get along with and he's extremely unpleasant to be around.

There's that, plus the constant showboating and his entitled attitude, like he's the main draw. No musicians want to step aside and let Joe hog the spotlight with his fat-fingered waddling guitar moves.

After forty years Joe can't even manage to get a tiny foothold in the LI/NY/NJ club circuit, which is teeming with tons of shitty local cover bands, as his ineptitude and attitude has alienated everyone in a scene that's crawling with other amateur musician faggots who'd agree to play with him in a second if they felt there was anything to gain by it. Instead, he's playing along with an iPad at the local Moose Lodge and "jamming" with his brother and sister.
