Jon died early of a heart attack for the same reason professional wrestlers or bodybuilders do. Except instead of steroids + the strain that increased muscle mass puts on the heart, PCJ succumbed to the effects of being overweight and having the stress of pumping the majority of his body's blood to erect that record-breaking obscenity he called a penis. A true tragedy.
