He is a farm worker, paid less than he needs to live, nobody cares about his health or his 70 year old singing voice. I’ve seen professional musicians doing tours/ gigs. 4 days per week max and/or a 2nd singer to fill in every other day. To them he’s just temp labor and until he can’t sing anymore (or dies) they’ll stick him in hallways and waiting rooms and make him perform. When his end comes they’ll call the agency and pick up his replacement at the next port.
