- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice.
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

i was watching his SaiYanZ Cameo, he started it off with ringing a bell, cause his name is bell i guess? then he started to mumble like colin, cant understand a word he said. idk what he was going for there, its just a sad old man talking like italian gang member while wearing his hat backward?
Just another one of Jim's shitty attempts to try and stay relevant. He's even charing like $50 on cameo to do videos as someone most people have never heard of.
I think he changed his name to avoid the ire of angry truckers he ripped off but I'm sure he tells the Cellar crowd it's a new character.

It's another dig at the opester because jim is an obsessed ex girlfriend just like ant. He does a half-assed attempt at his voice and says things like "yeah mannn" and then goes into a story from his (pretend) past but it's supposed to be obvious lies and embellishments. Like lyin Opie does.

How can anybody defend someone who's entire career now is doing shit-tier shtick characters? He's like a hack prop comic from the 80s, except done unironically. In a fair and just world, a man so devoid of talent wouldn't be allowed to succeed in this field. But here we are, watching Norton, Burt Kreischer and other criminally unfunny hacks prosper, and it makes you question your beliefs.

Back in the mix Sirius-XM years there was a breaking point for Opie where he clearly started hating all of Jim's characters. And would refuse to engage with them or put callers on the air for them or anything like that unless it was a pre-made bit like Steve from Yellowstone or someone wishing Uncle Paul a happy birthday through the local news. I remember thinking that Opie was being a downer and sucking the funny out of the room by not going with the insane Chip and Ted shoehorning that Norton was doing.
But looking back it is clear that Norton is one disturbed sick individual. And Opie watching Norton make contorted faces as Chip. Or touch himself during Uncle Paul. It must have been absolutely revolting. And the end results of Norton being allowed to embrace his characters are things like Chip's horror movie or the Doug Bell podcast. Stuff that is cringe worthy to utter extremes.
Ugly people are movie stars. No talent losers are show business icons. Unfunny hacks are the highest rated comedians. Pretty much entertainment as a whole is being deliberately destroyed by jews.
