Jim, it goes something like this:
user A starts a thread about something gay, it gets no traction.
user B starts an identical thread not seeing how far down the page user A's post has sank, a few comments about how we did this already
user C starts another thread to be gay, a few people laugh
user D starts a thread that has a title slightly similar to that of users A, B and C. Those are usually OK.
user E makes one in bad faith knowing that it will spark a chain reaction.
user F (you) starts thinking we all like the gay thing from user A's thread and posts about it telling us to stop
users G-Z will spend the rest of the day making threads about it.
user A starts a thread about something gay, it gets no traction.
