I went to grief counseling after my dad died. It was fine. It was mostly me talking about my problems and him watching the timer as he validated everything I said. I was hoping he’d challenge my opinions to help me improve my mindset but that was never going to happen.

It boiled down to trying counseling or going on SSRIs like everybody else so I figured it was worth a shot.
