Pat's residence is at 2613 N Oakland Ave, which he revealed in embarrassing fashion. Assuming a happy marriage (lol), Niki must also reside in the upstairs half of the hovel, clearing the way for Robinson Writers, LLC to have 2611 N Oakland Ave as its business location:

It does generally meet the requirements of a General Office. Let's go back to Subchapter 5:

Since we've established that it is not a Live-Work Unit, it must comply with c-1 and c-5. It does not comply with c-1. The occupation is not incidental to the residential use. The occupation is the primary use of 2611 N Oakland Ave. It does not comply with c-5, either. 2611 N Oakland Ave is 50% of the total usable floor area. If you'd like to include the attic, it's still over 25%.

Well every part of your logic seems reasonable to me except for how it is violation of a zoning law. Her business is in violation of some other law because it doesn't follow the standards of an RT4. I just think you're assuming 2 violations when her business is really the only thing not following the law. Which clearly the IRS doesn't care about since she already got away with fleecing the PPP money.

I also agree that they both live at 2613 now, which I had no idea the longest time. I always assumed Pat lived at 2611 because that's where he parks his Rustang, but he walks around the side and goes through the front. For the longest time that was also the go-to dox for him. Also makes sense why all the tranny hookers I sent never got any answer at the door... In summation, I am also a smooth brained faggot and have no experience with zoning violations of this nature.

Her fake employees could be fake contractors. I bet there are a lot of OSHA rules and various tax grab milwaukee city regulations that the business is not complying with. The city is probably not going to go after them for working from home during the worst pandemic in history. But they will go after them for not paying to comply with their stupid regulations.

If they're living on the second floor and using the first floor for the business office of Posts By Ghost/Robinson Writers, LLC, that would seem like a zoning violation to me.
