Essentially, the retarded republicans need to get +60% of real votes just to make it close, I've no idea what percentage of people are really cemented red/blue but I think Democrats have enough of those & the mail-ins to secure the wins for a long time now.

What decided the 2016 election was Trump winning Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania by less than a percentage point.

All three of these states have voted blue in Presidential elections for the last 30 years.

In 2020 Biden turned those states back blue.

We had 8 years with a Democrat who was a very corporate politician. Looked the part (besides being an N person). America wanted someone who looked and talked like them. Hilary was a bad candidate based on her track record and she campaigned like shit being overconfident. No one really liked Trump but voted for him as the lesser of two evils, “we’ll give him a shot”.

Then we had 4 years with a Republican who was a loud mouth and very unfiltered. America wanted someone who didn’t look or talk like them now, the corporate politician. Trump had a terrible 4 years so his track record which didn’t exist before was now shit. And he campaigned miserably being too overconfident. The country was tired of Daddy Donald. He ate shit in the 2018 midterms, lost 2020, and then cost them a bunch of seats in 2022 in key races by hand-picking freaks. The country was all set to go Red in 2021 and 22, and a combination of Roe and The Donald doing his faggotry costing them sure thing seats is proving detrimental.

Haley's gonna come in a competitive second in Iowa and then win New Hampshire, once she wins NH "muh establishment" is going to see she has a chance and go all-in on her in a way they had nobody to back in 2016. They may even quietly help Democrats boot him off state ballots to make it seem like "we have no choice" but to pick Nimrata.

Nikki Haley is young, competent (especially compared to these other female nutbag politicians), colored (but appears sorta white, i didnt even know she wasnt), and a woman. Her bad mark is she’s a Republican BUT like I said in my OP i truly think her being a Republican offsets that to a degree. Republicans just aren’t seen as as weak or emotional as Dems. So any woman who’d get the nomination would likely absorb that perception of strength.
