Hes 100% not off of them. It would take a long time to either taper or at least few week stay in inpatient with 24/7 monitoring his vitals for that high of a dose. Hed be having multiple seizures a day if he tried dropping his dose even by 4mgs or so too quickly. But hes deff not taking and drinking NEARLY as much as he was towards the end of the Patsu+CozyRozy in Mehico arc.
