I managed to get a duck breast for cheap, so I'm figuring I'll cook it like a steak and pan-fry some potatoes in the rendered fat. We #Ruizing tonight.

Get the pan hot as you can, skin side down. Score the skin. Finish in a 400 oven after you flip. Don't overcook it.

I actually found out what I said isn't extremely wrong. Before tea became popular in Europe the traditional drink in the morning was beer but the alcohol by volume was only like 3 percent.

He's in England so they might not have it. They all drink Stella over there.

I'd recommend Hobgoblin but apparently the original brewery shut down last year and they've rebranded it to something gayer. Crying fuckin shame, that beer was pfg.
