He tweeted about torswats immediately after we started messaging him about it. He immediately flipped Torswats' narrative on it's head, claiming we had:

Stolen his SSN
Stolen his bank info
Set up a gemini wallet with his email needing 2-step verification
Purchased bomb threats under his name



Now, all we know for sure is that someone, Rick or otherwise, at least attempted to make a gemini account in Rick's name. There is no proof this account is active, or that the two-step verification was ever even completed.

A simple FBI investigation of that gemini account would reveal whether any transactions were actually made, or if Torswats was lying. Easy.

But Rick has 100% gone all in with the idea we somehow completed the two-step verification and stole his identity on gemini. This is impossible. If anyone DID create a full account, it HAD to be Rick himself.

The only other possibility is that there exists an incomplete gemini wallet someone tried to make in Rick's name, and Torswats was also lying at the same time. Either way, we're innocent. Nobody but Rick himself could have used a gemini wallet registered with his email to buy SWATs. End of story.

Funny how he was 100% sure torswats was behind it after the reveal. If I was swatted and something like that happened I wouldn't immediately run to Twitter acting smug I would be very suspicious.

If Rick is ever to actually bring a case against ONA, he's going to need proof that members of this forum were responsible for the following things that are actually illegal:

- vandalizing his scooter and window
- swattings/bomb threats
- illegally obtaining and fraudulently using personal info he hadn't already posted online himself, i.e. SSN, bank account info, medical records, etc.
- left death threats on his voicemail
- sent death threats via any medium
- opened bank accounts in his name
- many others

He cannot prove anything, and even if he could, he could never prove a conspiracy was involved and take down all of us. It just doesn't exist.

This recent media blitz is their method of creating "proof". Of course, the articles don't have any evidence at all. But in his rotund mind, if he can point to news articles that's all he needs.
