The disconnect between what people who follow him feel for him and what he thinks they feel is hilarious. The cat ladies follow 500 other Patricks but special boy feels like they're tuned into his reality TV show 24/7. Stuff like talking about "Susan" without context and expecting people to KNOW he's a Mustang fag.

It is pure self centered narcissism. He will start some posts off with shit like “many of you remember when X happened” without elaborating and he doesn’t realize no one is following his life this closely. He’s never gonna see it.
