There is no way he followed all these steps. We already know he didnt create a proper base before laying the bricks down. There isnt 1/8" gap for the sand and Im willing to bet he over filled the joints. Cant wait to see pics of how it turned out.

It almost seems like he isnt allowed in the house during the afternoon since the amortization. He has been wasting so much time on these useless projects and the one project ( bricks/weeds) that he needed to do, he doesnt even take the proper steps to do it right. Pat thinks he wont need to touch that area for 10 years. I bet he is back trying to fix it again next year or two after the joints crumble and the bricks heave.

Every task he undertakes has to fit in to his tweeting schedule. He starts "brooming" in the sand, 45min goes buy, "???what are they saying about me???" he has to go prison his stlakers for an hour, "???OK, back to it???"

then this year he did it all over again. I dont even think Id call the dirt underneath "clay".

Just look how uneven it is ( before he started this year), and this is after he "leveled" it two years prior. Its almost like its sagging in the middle. You can also see what happens without sand as a base and the brick start shifting.

Last month someone asked about tips on leveling ground. Of course pat didnt even respond because he didnt actually level anything and just spread dirt around with a rake

That thing must be a skating rink in winter. Like over an inch of ice in patches. And then the pallet chairs with the toxic wood seeping into their sweaty flesh all this summer causes rashes before collapsing under his engorged carapace (won't document that stuff).

It's bewildering the level at which he fucks up.
