Look it's simple you put shit tons of butter in a pan and heat it til the bubbles come up then you turn it down to minimum. whilst you do that get 3 eggs and a bit of double cream (NOT creme fraiche or milk, cannot stress that enough), whip that shit up in a mug, pour in the pan, cook it as slowly as possible stirring it gently and when it's still a little runny just add salt and pepper and then pour it all over yourself and run outside screaming I AM THE EGG MAN. Couldn't be simpler, loadsa cunts overthink that shit
