I don't know how I concocted this but my mind wanders and I like to dream.
Let's take dating for example. This is where my idea works that best.
Dating is heavily based on the Pareto Principle. Women find 20% of the men attractive in the general population.
So to make it simpler, let's form a committee mainly of native local women (like a jury) who will assess every man's attractiveness when he turns of voting age (say 18 or 21) and the remaining men in general, on four factors:
(Scored from 1- 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest)
Height
Face
Frame
Race
An average of these four factors should be calculated, and if you score 8 or above out of 10 you are allowed to participate in normal society with full constitutional rights.
If you are 6 or 7, you are allowed to participate in normal society but with limited constitutional rights.
And lastly if you are below 6, you will be sent to Gaza like open prison encampment where you will spend the rest of my life doing back breaking jobs.
What do you think? What will be the wider socio-economic implications of this policy?
And who here will make it to the 8 and above hierarchy?
