I visited my old college today and was reminded how much i hated being here. Homely geeks with backpacks, studying in public etc. Everyone looks socially anxious yet they still think theyre better than you.

But I had a realization when i was there. I never studied, never went to lectures... i always assumed id never make it in life, and end up a bum. So i used to hate nerds out of jealousy.

yet somehow i fell ass backwards into sucess... ive acheived what all those nerds struggled for. And i didnt even have to work for it.

So that makes me better than them after all.

I wouldnt have gone to their stupid college parties even if they invited me..

i kind of feel ya there brother. i grew up white trash (military brat style) and ended up when my parent got out of the military in a semi wealthy area. i was always the one with nothing. i had a full time job, these fucks sleep all day. somehow i stumbled into a good career (all be it blue collar, fuck school) and now somehow i'm self employed supporting a family of 4 on the west coast. seeing the kids i went to high school with strung out on drugs is sad.

I hate Woody Allen physically, I dislike that kind of man. He has the Chaplin Disease; that particular combination of arrogance and timidity sets my teeth on edge. Like all people with timid personalities his arrogance is unlimited. Anybody who speaks quietly and shrivels up in company is unbelievably arrogant. He acts shy, but he loves himself; a very tense situation. It's people like me who have to carry on and pretend to be modest. To me, it's the most embarrassing thing in the world - a man who presents himself at his worst to get laughs, in order to free himself from his hang-ups.
