When I was working my way up, our head Chef had a secret deal with another staff member that he would keep him on the clock, when he wasn't there, as long as he gave the Chef coke..
It was major when they got found out!

For most people it’s better to just learn a trade and get good at it, there’s no shame to it and you’ll probably earn way more than most college kids who did useless degrees.
