How the fuck do I diet for building muscle? Can someone give me the best source or should I hire a trainer to do it for me?

One gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. You can get 1.25 more than this, but you'll end up pissing most of it out. Just make sure to drink plenty of water or you'll get kidney stones.

One gram of carbs per pound of bodyweight, which can be increased as you grow stronger.

0.4x grams of fat per pound of bodyweight.

It's better to do cardio after lifting, since your body already burned all your stored glycogen in your muscle and you'll primarily source fat as fuel.

insightsoftware has a bodybuilding program, brother.

Google Vince Gironda, this was back before steroids (I think) and he has multiple diet plans that aren't restrictive so you won't get sick of eating the same stuff every day.

400g of steak (two normal sized ones) is 120g of protein right off the bat. I put on the most muscle in my life in 2019 by eating it every day, but boy did I not want a steak again after nothing but that for four months.

I don't get too crazy w tracking calories or macros, and just focus on protein intake.

Protein is protein, so I'll make one large high-protein Greek yogurt and protein powder smoothie each day. That's just short of 100g. The rest I need (another 100g) I get through my normal diet. Turkey sandwiches, eggs, cum, chicken or steak for dinner.

Say protein again.
