I've never believed that he's a true heavy drinker (though he does drink and he's also heavy). Fatboy is a compulsive liar. Any aspect of his life he tries to sell you is almost certainly a lie. Since he attests to being a beer swigging drunk, I assume that's not the whole story. He'll drink for an audience, but I doubt he's polishing off tons of booze at home. I think this was definitely true until a few years ago. He started regularly drinking hard liquor during the lockdown. He buys 3 or 4 bottles of Maker's at a time and drinks alone at home after having a few beers (alone) in one of his bars. He probably mixes the booze with cokes or something too. How else can you explain the enormous and alarming expansion of his face and head?
