It took tens of thousands of years to make wolves into dogs. Picture the most retarded wolf possible, except it has no use even as a retarded dog. In fact, the burden of training the retard wolf diminishes the community tasked with domesticating it to such an extent, the community will probably destroy itself in the effort. The retarded wolf will simply stumble back into the forest of ignorance never comprehending what it did.
