I love that he's really putting his enlarged heart and soul into what amounts to shitty fan-fiction. Despite the massive flop of marketing his book as "Hunt for the Red October [ sic] in space!" Rick doubles down on writing an entire book ripped off from someone else. Oh but child, it is a sequel. The key to being creative AND productive is working every day. Not sitting on your ass in a bar, making it up as you go along, waiting for that one night where everything gels and it just pours through you.
