My sister worked in a restaurant back in the day that was near a famous place where A listers would perform. They would go to the restaurant after and eat. She met James Brown and said he was cool as shit. She also met Sylvester the singer and said he was a turbo fag but very nice

I interned for the Boston Bruins in 2011 and during their cup run, I worked at one of the premium clubs in the Garden at night. I ended up meeting Nat Faxson. Yes gentlemen, THE Nat Faxson. Insanely drunk but a very polite person.

I also once didn’t say hi to opie out of spite outside of the Somerville theater where Norton was playing. You could tell he was trying to be recognized.

Not rly famous but i met most of the band members from Dropkick Murphys. They invited me over to the bassists grandmothers house and we had lunch and they signed a bunch of shit for us. I was like 15/16 and they gave me and my brother beers and cigarettes. Super fun guys to meet.

Way back in the day, I saw Andre The Giant up close. He was wrestling at a house show at my local high school. Hours before the show, he was hanging out in the parking lot in a big van, with Sgt. Slaughter, getting loaded. My friends and I were loitering around, and we wandered over there, and they were sitting in the van with the back doors open. We started peppering them with questions, and Andre lurched forward and yelled "GO AWAY GET OUT OF HERE!" and we scrambled.
