It takes a shit-ton of computing power to do that - mostly high-end GPUs - and it took even more to train the model so that it could create that shit in the first place. Gotta get the money to pay for it somehow.

I don't think that's how it works - it'll add to the outside of a picture, like making the Mona Lisa larger, but it won't edit stuff into a photo.
