I remember years ago people were analyzing the body language in this photo and saying Pat was abusive. I didn’t think much of it at the time and now we know he threatened to kill this woman and her newborn. Sick guy.

The way he's frog squatting makes it look like he's some sort of demon perching on her shoulder. Something you'd see in medieval art as an allegory for sin or a personal failing.
It's interesting seeing him before he was void of human emotion. It almost makes him appear normal. With Ade at his side nothing could stop him.
